It looks like we made it over and there is some cushion. Of course, we could still fail if people pull out but fingers crossed that it will succeed.

They've screened the film, from what I read, so, hopefully, there is not too much work involved in finishing it.

I still can't figure out if I should get the physical copy or the digital download. Any thoughts?

Yay! I was in the same situation Larry. With my first pledge (is that the right word?) I was at the digital copy level. Then I upped it to the physical copy level. I guess I don't get both?
Glad it made it over the top.

The KickStarter campaign was successfully funded! Thanks to all who reached out to make it happen. I can't wait to see the film.

It will be a great film. I met the makers in Spain a month ago and they are wonderful and very serious people. They are descendants of Torres and this project is very dear to them, they are working tirelessly around the clock with this. I am very much looking forward to the film that will be a classic for many years to come.

Well at this point a total of Euros 5,926 are pledged of the goal of Euros 5,000 with 66 backers. It's my impression the people on this forum made all the difference in the last moment. Then we can all enlay this film, when it is made. Thank you!

I would have backed if I had learned about it sooner! Hopefully it will be possible to buy the film later.

I'm sure you can still make a contribution. The initial goal is what they needed but additional funds are always welcome and helpful (at least on the other crowd-funded projects I've participated in).

Actually, I don't think you can contribute through KickStarter for campaigns that have closed. You could contact the filmmakers directly, I suppose.

As you all will know by now, the target was reached and the film-makers are predicting completion in November which does sound quite optimistic. Well done all contributors.
