Orfeo Number 10 is out

Post by Guitar-ded » Mon Nov 06, 2017 7:03 pm

Email from Alberto Martinez:

Dear friends,

Orfeo Magazine #10 is online.

For this tenth edition of Orfeo, I invite you to meet some of the USA’s West Coast luthiers: Pepe Romero Jr. and his father’s guitar collection, Richard Reynoso, Gregory Byers, Jeffrey Elliott, Eric Sahlin and to make a stop at the Harris Guitar Foundation.

I’m pleased to inform you also that the book with the compilation of #6 to #10 of the magazine will be ready on December 15. You can order it from now with this link:

Kind regards to all of you,

Alberto

Enjoy.

It’s nice to see a picture of my Reynoso in edition 10!

It’s also possible to preorder the bound edition of 6-10, the advertisement is in the first few pages of 10. I’ve already got the book version of 1-5. This will a nice addition.

Whoops, I see this was already mentioned above, sorry.

And I'm happy to see my home town featured! By the way, Bodega Bay and the coastline pictured are just a hop skip and a jump away. (If Peter can brag on his guitar, I can brag on my home town.) In Berkeley, my teacher is 'the other John Harris' who doesn't have a collection of guitars.

And no, the birds are mostly well behaved.

Fantastic news. I bought the first book (Orfeo 1-5) and will buy this one too. Thanks for the heads up.
