Most of Sor's guitar manuscripts are thought to be lost - however, you can find many first and early editions by undertaking an internet search for the following:

The Boije Collection (Musik - och Teaterbiblioteket) Sweden
The Rischel & Birket-Smith Collection (Det KGL. bibliotek) Denmark
The Hudlestone Collection of guitar music (Royal Irish Academy of Music)

A few state libraries have digitised parts of their collections - a few to get you started:

Spain Biblioteca Digital Hispánica
Germany Münchener DigitalisierungsZentrum

... and the Bibliothèque nationale de France which does have some Sor manuscripts - ballet scores and songs though - no guitar works last time I visited.
