I know that Casa Montalvo sells Ramirez copies from Mexico from USA.

- copy of Ramirez - Kenny Hill model Madrid. Once manufactured in Paracho, Mexico, then manufactured in China. I have been playing for some time the KH Madrid made in Paracho and it was a nice guitar in it's category.

Looks like Rosewood to me.

I think that is:

Top: Solid Red Cedar Spruce
Back and Sides: Solid Philippine Cedar

Usual confusing terms for cedar/spruce/pine esp in Chinese and Latin.
