I just tried the "normal" IT solution - deleted Tapatalk app and reloaded it. No progress. I just get a "Access denied - This forum is currently not available, please try again later" box pop up. Npot sure of Delcamp of Tapatalk (but other forumes seem to be alive).

Peter, it will almost certainly be for the reason that George suggested. Certain features, including Tapatalk, are being turned off temporarily to avoid problems when the software is updated. They'll be re-enabled once the update is completed.

Hi Geoff

Thanks. I guess I just have to hang out and wait for the update to be completed. Gee, it seems a long time!!! :-)

Well, just the waiting game then! Tapatalk is dead for now! Hahaha.. Hopefully it will come back soon. I feel lost without Tapatalk. I may have to switch to the computer! Ack! I'm afraid!

Given Tapatalk's reluctance to notify forum operators about security issues, I'm surprised the forum still supports it. Of course, given the link tracking it does, I'm surprised people still use it at all.

is there any other way to get Delcamp on our iphones (other than squint) trying to read the website itself?

As I explain here, it now transpires that TapaTalk will not be restored on the forum. Sorry to disappoint TapaTalk users.

what are the forum improvements? It still looks the same when I view on my iphone

Just curious as perhaps I am missing something

Have the written the software for mobile devices or just trying to fit the regular web interface from computer screen to mobile screen?

This is really going backwards for this forum. I agree with Peter's sentiments.

As mentioned earlier, M. Delcamp decided not to reinstall TapaTalk now that we are using the new forum software, which is supposed to more more usable on mobile devices than the old version.
