The neck looks like "spanish cedar" to me. :-)

Lovely looking guitar so far. Everything about it is classy.

Yes, to my eye, at least, there is something in the simple elegance of Richard's design that is just right, much like that of Torres.

Thanks; you are correct that the rosette for this guitar is more intricate than Richard Reynoso's standard, and the wood choices and some finishing aspects of the guitar may be a bit different. Still, I'm certain that Richard brings his highest skills and attention to every instrument he makes, as I'm sure the Reynoso guitar owners on the forum will attest!
