Sanfeliu Homage by Jim Frieson

Post by David Conti » Tue Mar 14, 2017 2:41 am

All I can say is WOW! I was very lucky that Jim was able to send me this guitar as it was not originally scheduled to come this way.
This is a fantastic expression of art in both the sonic quality it achieves and visually. This guitar is all French polish in keeping with the style as are the tuners and overall detail work. It is always exciting when I get a guitar from Jim but this one is times two.
It does sound as good as it looks!

Gosh. Gorgeous.

How much does it weigh? Is it fairly light?

If this one sounds as good as mine, someone should really snatch this one. Jim really knows how to make an outstanding guitar in the old Spanish tradition.

I don't know for sure but it was probably reclaimed by Jim in the 70's.
