need help. search for tuner for my 7-string guitar

Post by Rrricado » Sat Mar 18, 2017 7:00 am

Hi friends.
I am from china. And I ordered a 7-string guitar from a native luthier.
But the problems is that it is difficult to find suitable tuners for my guitar.
At present we have only found tuners made by a taiwan factory. but i don't like it.
Do you guys know where can i find some fine 4+3 tuners of high quality?
Thx :D :D :D

tuners found right now made in Guangzhou, mainland.
Maybe we can expurgate the taiwan one from our list.
But I still want to find more tuners in order to leave me with more choices.
I am so glad if you guys can give some advices about other tuners.

My bugdet is about 150 dollars. A little bit excess is acceptable. :merci:

Thomas Rubner Markneukirchen Germany. I ordered a 4 on a plate x 2 from them. They accept Paypal. They have an online shop.

The ones I ordered were the Fustero-style Lyre ones with snakewood buttons. €220, if I recall.

Important to ask your luthier to drill the holes spaced apart correctly according to the currently accepted standard spacing. Check with Thomas Rubner before drilling the headstock.
