Bog Oak back and sides: Too radical?

Toying with the idea of giving this a try but would there be any chance of selling it? It would be pretty much pitch black when finished. Not so easy to find in the right size however.

Any thoughts?

there are some luthier that have done already but steel strings, tungstone guitars i think

is not dificult to find, just google it

you dont see very ofen seling bog oak back and sides becouse are not easy to find big and good enough but i have found already, i believe that david dyke sells

Check out Gary Southwell A series bog oak classical.

Thanks for that. Looks very interesting. Nice maple neck on the pictures I saw.
