Finish my Meiros #4

Post by Ricardo Meirinhos » Wed Jan 03, 2018 12:26 am

These last days I finished a new classical guitar. Its a Robert Bouchet plan, but with Cypress back and sides. One of the favourite wood from the master luthier José Romanillos. I also love this tonewood, gives a sweet sound to the guitar.

Coments and questions are welcome.

Classical Guitar Meiros #4
Soundboard: Spruce
Back and Sides: Cypress
Neck: Honduras Ceder
Fingerboard: Ebony

Very nice work. Congratulations!
The rosette is very nice.

What kind of veneer have you got on the heard stock?

If it sounds as good as it smells...boy do I love the smell of cypress.

what a fantastically classy aesthetic.
