Giuliani, Mauro - op.048/03 Prestissimo

Post by Maxim Joan » Wed Jan 04, 2017 3:29 pm

Early from Op.48 n.3 of the great master of Bisceglie.
Source track Forum Delcamp in the works of Giuliani
Cedjilla the third button, the technique used is that no nails.
I'm waiting for an original romantic guitar of 1800 .

Thanks Lucy, this piece is simple to read but it is not easy to intrepretare, tying the sounds is the most difficult thing to do, some musicians succeed, alri not succeed :D

You did a very nice job playing this with no nails and giving it a very clear and articulated sound.
My guitars:
- 'Concierto' by Jesús Marzal, 22 September 1982
- Vicente Tatay Tomas, 1967

Thanks for the comment Rainer :merci:
You without nails, the only nail used is that of the very short thumb, majoring in playing the classical / romantic music is philologically correct or without fingernail or with very little fingernail.
The fingertip with practice hardens and forms a callus which allows to run smoothly the performance practice of the time (1800) without in any way preclude the technical fluency, indeed, you can find new colors and shades, with the use of nails can not be achieved.
Using gut strings you are forced to play without nails, if you use a fingernail after ten minutes the nail flakes with disastrous consequences.
