Cinus, Laurent - Effusion in the sun

Postby laurent cinus » Wed Jan 11, 2017 8:37 pm

Hello everyone,

Here is a piece for 4 guitars, which starts in a style a little renaissance and then that wanders ....
Good listening

And comes back again too. I like how you alternated between renaissancy and modern feel. Nice job.

Interesting piece. The tension between the sweet and dissonant harmonies is enjoyable.

Also there is certainly the sense of an outpouring of various emotions in the musical flow.

My compliments to you.

And the other three guitarists :D

Thanks for the recording. It's an interesting piece with all the consonant and dissonant sounds. I like the "quasi-renaissance" melodies too.

Thank you, Bert, Martinardo, Luutuaja and Spanishguitarmusic for your sympatic comments.
At first, I thought this music for a vocal ensemble, then the idea of the set of 4 guitars seemed interesting to me. I wanted to make a music with the shape of a "tree" - the roots in the past and the summit in our time - the sound of the guitar is interesting for this - listening we think a little the loudness of the lute but In the more dissonant passages the image of the lute disappears and leaves room for that of the guitar and the present world.
Thank you for taking the time to listen and enjoy this music.
Musically
Laurent
