Zafar, I appreciate your comments... I'll make sure in the future that both hands are in frame while recording.

Hi Jose Ramon Martinez,
very nice and clean performance!
In Arpeggi measure 16 should probably be played a bit faster. Other than that - amazing job.
Valse is simply perfect.

Hi Bert Stendahl,

Good job! But in Valse it looks like you play the first part in minor but it should be in major (C should be C# and G should be G#).

In Scale of e minor I think you play F in measures 1 and 3 and D in measures 5 and 7 twice as fast as necessary. It is hard to follow the rhythm.

Hi Casper, congratulations on finishing the assigments for lesson 4! For Arpeggi di Tre Note, you can slow down the whole piece, to make the 'easier' early parts the same speed as the 'harder' later parts. You can also just practice the harder parts first to make the chord changes smoother (it will still be tough because your fingers are relatively short for the guitar you're using. Don't worry it will get easier :))

Good job with the Valse and with memorizing it! Sorry can't comment on the E minor because I have not tried it.

The way you hold the guitar and lay the scores down in front of you remind me of myself when I started playing around your age. If possible, try to get a music stand so you don't have to crane your neck, and hold the guitar in the upright 45 degree position, it does make for easier playing.

Great job and am looking forward to more of your recordings. Have fun and keep playing!

Hi classmates, my submissions for lesson 4. Haven't been practising regularly because of moving house. But, with this, I have finished the catching up part of the course so I'm happy enough. But it's time to practise seriously now :chaud:

Arpeggi di tre note
Some slips here and there but could not be bothered to retake. After watching other recordings, I feel this could be played faster.

Youtube

Valse en la majeur
Practised the dampings for a couple of days, then I stopped practising for almost a week, then I forget everything so it's like starting fresh.

Youtube

E Minor Scale
Need to work on the crescendo decrescendo. And on scales in general.

You might think it slow, but it is good and clear, very smooth and accurate.
As you say, serious stuff now
