[PDF] Bach, J. S. - BWV 1055 - Harpsichord Concerto No.4 in A

Post by musikai » Thu Apr 12, 2012 11:57 pm

Hi,

here is the 2.Movement (Larghetto) from Bach's wonderful Harpsichord Concerto No.4 in A major.
Using a Capodaster on 2.Fret you can play with this "orchester":

Sibelius:

There is also a guitar transcription of the orchester part so you can play as duo.

Look and listen to iBachs wonderful rendition:

Hi Kai,

Thank you so much for this impressive score and the work you put into it. Is there any hope that you are putting together a solo version too? I am sure you would have lots of interest in such a transcription. Thanks -- Ed

Hi,

thank you for the nice words :-) Yes, a solo version is a good idea. Only time is rare. Everybody is allowed to be creative in this regard :-)
For the time being one can already play the duo version alone in a combined way eg. playing the "orchestra guitar" when the "solo guitar" has "nothing to do". Which would be my approach for creating a working solo version too. Try it your way! But I must admit that it now has my attention again, thank you!!

Can you update the corrupted score with the attached one, please?

And if possible delete the line and image:

and replace with
