Not available anymore at SBM. You guys purchased all copies. Pity, because offers at amazon go far beyond 100 $.

bacsidoan, thanks a lot for this adress. I'll contact them next week, unfortunately shipping costs from the US to Europe are often extremely high. But I think this extraordinatry CD might justify expenses.

Update after a short research on their website: 25 $ shipping costs for Europe. That's too much even for this rare CD

I know this is an old post, but it seems its been around for a while. For those who are looking for the CD it seems to be one of David Russell's only CD's that is not on the i *place* store. I picked up a few Russell albums there. Maybe someone should email David and ask if he would reissue the CD or perhaps make it digitally available. I have a copy that I got a while ago, so I am not in need of it. But, I have heard that he does seem to answer emails from his website. Perhaps he would answer an inquiry about the album.

Regards,
Martin

I bought the 2-CD set at a garage sale for $5 a few years back. I could not be happier after I listened to the whole program. What a rare treat listening to Russell bringing out both the simplicity of the melody and the sophistication of the harmony at the same time with ease. He made difficult pieces sounded easy!

Yes, indeed. I am messing around with El Columpio. Quite difficult that piece, but Russell plays itcompletely effortless. Unfortunately the CD is not listed at spotify.

I have this set and love it. Russell's technique is solid, and he is very expressive. The beauty of these recordings is that you can marvel at Russell's artistry while at the same time you can lose yourself in Tarrega's music. For what my recommendation is worth, I recommend it highly.
