Carles Trepat's system

Postby Denian Arcoleo » Fri Mar 17, 2017 7:04 pm

A question I've been meaning to ask for a while. There are several of videos of the wonderful Carles Trepat playing large auditoria using an amplification system that, to my ear, sounds very natural and sympathetic to his playing. Does anyone here have detailed knowledge of the equipment he's using?
Thanks.

I would also love to know this.
In two of the high def concert videos I've seen of him on Youtube it looks like he's used different amps on each of those occasions. One was definitely AER, I'm not sure about the other.
It's hard to tell what the mics were. It looked like he had a few different things running, some of which may have been just for recording and not part of the live feed.

I think he's on facebook. Send him the question. Given time he should answer.

Thanks Michael, I think I'll do that.
