Middle age guy want to play guitar from Rome. (better late than never)

Post by mIcKeY » Thu Jun 08, 2017 7:09 am

Greetings!

A guy on its late forties who loves listening to guitar/folk music. But never learned to play it.
Hoping this summer I could self learn a thing or two...and finally upgrade myself by playing while singing instead relying from karaoke.

Hooked on Music/Head-Fi and Photography as well.

Just purchased a Hermanos Sanchis 1a Concierto Cedar/Indian Rosewood classical guitar (their father is a friend of a friend) for this task.
and a cheapo Yamaha C40 that was lying around the house.

Now I am hooked on finding the strings that I liked. Hooked it with Goldins but the basses I found non existent...Maybe I'll hook it with Han. 900 silvers. But frankly I should concentrate more on learning. :D

Looking forward to learn from you guyz!

And thank you for at least stoping for a read on my intro.

Michael

Welcome to Delcamp, Michael, we are glad you found us. :-D
Quite a few people here started their classical guitar journey later in life, so you aren't alone in that!
Hope to see you around the forum often!
