Good day from rural Australia

Post by seayan » Mon Jun 12, 2017 7:08 am

Hello Everyone,

I'm excited to join what looks like a wonderful community of avid guitar players, I've been playing for 13 odd years now as well as make quite a bit of electronic music. I'm mostly interested these days in classical guitar and I've taken the initiative to improve my notation reading and go from there.

This place looks like a great resource and I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions in my struggle.

Glad to meet you all.

-Sean

Thank you Erik, I'm also looking forward to going through the WIP extracts, though i don't have permission to see anything attached just yet. I'm unsure what is considered worthy to contribute to my initial two posts so i have more access to the site.

I'm sure I'll get there though, then i can partake more thoroughly in the forum. I am especially looking forward to the D01, D02, D03 scores as I've heard they are good for learning.

Thanks for the information.

Hi Sean,

Let me also welcome you to the forum. I can vouch for the benefit of working through the D01, D02, D03 etc scores. They have been well crafted and appropriately graded and there are lots of very nice tunes in the mix.

Good luck.

Paul (Melbourne)

Thank you Peter and Paul for the warm welcome. I've also decided to go through Solo guitar playing by Frederick Noad, ordered a paper back copy yesterday.

See you guys around the forum.
