This guitar is still available. It was on loan to young guitar student attending UC Santa Cruz in CA. She made a recording of the sound which can be heard here on soundcloud - https://soundcloud.com/user-314584614/v ... -prelude-4

The guitar is in the San Francisco Area and I can arrange for it to be seen or shipped.
Thank you for looking.

The rosette is made of ebony and rosewood, the light wood is ebony sap wood.

The back is multi panel and made of Hinoki, a Japanese cousin to the Lawson Cypress of the West coast of North America. I have harvested and stocked old Hinoki in my shop for the purpose of building guitars with this wood. Hinoki backs and sides matched with a spruce or cedar top makes excellent high quality flamenco guitars, and this Hinoki backed guitar is not exception.
