For sale is my 2000 Otto Vowinkel Concert. The guitar has a light build and very comfortable neck. It is easy to play, has an excellent dynamic range, and spot-on intonation. The tone is beautiful and refined. I would describe the sound as smooth and rich with some bite; as well as pleasant but not overpowering overtones. Sustain and balance are very good. It is punchy and has plenty of volume. The tone retains its quality and character whether playing loudly or softly. The condition of the instrument is used with noticeable playing wear to the French Polish and two small, repaired cracks on the top. They were professionally repaired and stable. There is a ding on the lower bottom bout. These issues are functionally cosmetic and occurred before I owned the guitar. Please see pictures. I am selling due to financial reasons not related to buying another guitar. This is a good chance to own a world class instrument from this well-known luthier at a decent price. I want the buyer to be sure he or she loves the guitar. To that end, I am offering a 7 day trial. If returned, buyer pays shipping both ways. Otherwise, shipping is included in the price. I would also be happy to show the guitar in person. Comes with a Hiscocx Liteflite case.
