US $.8900 Greg Byers cedar 2016, Davis, CA

Type / luthier: Classical
- Year of construction:2016
- Scale length (mm):650
- Nut width (mm):53
- Top:cedar
- Bracing (fan/lattice/other):all-wood lattice
- Back / Sides:Indian rosewood
- Fingerboard / (bridge):Ebony, rosewood
- Sound: Loud, deep, and clear--it's a Byers!
- Condition: Excellent
- Price:$8900
- Case: Humicase
- Viewing / trial possible: Not a fan, but if you insist, 24 hours
- Location (nearest city): Sacramento, CA (about 90 minutes from SF)

This is a very powerful instrument--huge volume, extremely deep but articulate basses, punchy mids, and clear trebles. If you've played a Byers, then you know his sound. The all-wood lattice bracing adds a bit more color, volume, and clarity. The neck shape affords excellent playability, augmented by the elevated fingerboard. It's in excellent condition--just a couple of faint nail/string marks. If you pay my asking price, I will include shipping (US only). I'm selling it strictly for financial reasons. (Early retirement was a huge mistake!)

This guitar has a damn good cedar top, full of medullary ray. And a spectacular Indian rosewood back. Good luck for the sale.

Thanks, everyone. I decided to sell the Visesnut flight case that I bought in June at the GFA as an option. It's the custom Bronze color. $600--like new. (As they say in stores, not available separately!)

Hi - I believe that may be my old guitar. I'd love to discuss getting it back if you are interested.

Thanks!

I want my old Dominique Delarue cedar guitar back too. I was so stupid to sell it.
