Beautiful! Good luck with the sale. His guitars are one of the most impressive I've had experience with.

I'm very tempted but would first have to sell my Ana Maria Espinosa Rodriguez.

Good luck with the sale

PS Some twenty years or so ago Christopher Dean did a repair on my Hermanos Conde - a really nice guy.

following a few messages I received about the saddle height....

the saddle is being lowered to get the an action of 3mm/4mm on the E strings.

How high was the saddle?

In similar circumstances I would fashion a new saddle and keep the original with the guitar.

can't remember how high the saddle was but I do remember the action being over 5mm on the low E string.
the saddle was probably a couple of mm higher before shaving.

Having looked at various Dean guitar on the web, many of them do appear to have rather low saddles.
