Is there a certain amount of time that is spent on just ear training, such as interval recognition. I get lost in technique and have no structured ear training system established.

Just ran across this notice in the new posts. It gets my vote as well. Tutorials, articles and searchable reference in theory and ear-training. The entire site is even downloadable!

Awesome. I personally believe that one can not say he has mastered the instrument without a solid ear-to-fingers connection. And I am missing it a bit less then completely.
Hope it is going to help. Thank you.

Best I have come across. Terrific stuff for those who wish to improve their musical skills, essential for any type of improvisation too.
Thanks

Through my hands, fingers
From my heart
My guitar speaks for me
In every note, emotion comes
In every smile nor tears
I'm glad i have my guitar
