JMR is one of my favorite contemporary CG composers. He's also a fine performer, and this year he became a Triple Threat by starting to build guitars himself as well.

Nicely done. Like David I find JMR's compositions to be some of my favorite contemporary pieces.

For folks interested in listening to more of his compositions Spotify has recordings by JMR himself and by Cyrloud. They are close friends and Cyrloud is a wonderful player. Worth checking out both to hear the range of compositional skill JMR possesses.

Bernard Cyrloud (who is a cardiologist in his day job) has made two full CDs of Jean-Marie's music, available through Les Productions d'Oz. Really nice discs. He also has a number of YT videos so you can see him playing these as well.

A very fetching piece and well played. Congratulations.

I see Strings by Mail has this for $5 and several more by this composer.

If I were you, I'd buy the entire book - Anthologie - which is at $55, definitely very enjoyable material in it (about 45 pieces, all nice to play)
