I haven't seen an instrument like that bass guitar on the far right... do you know the story behind it?

That was delightful! lots of energy and fun. Oh,and wonderful playing by all. The whole piece remained crisp and clean--hard to do I suppose with so many players.

Hello, yes that is indeed a guitarron, but slightly different from the mexican guitarron in the link provided. The one we use is always pinned down and held as in the video. Glad you enjoyed it!
