Hi tosunpasa!

Where can I find this article? I'd love to read it!
Unfortunately its only in Turkish, here is the magazine which the article is included http://www.dogubati.com/index.php?route ... uct_id=150.
If you really want to read it, maybe find a translator to help, its only 8-9 pages long. But I don't recommend because its a post-modern mental masturbation at best. I can show you the bibliography so you can research if you are interested in the topic:

H(A)PPY by Nicola Barker

I am only half way through but I would describe this book as dystopia meets Barrios.

Some days ago I completed the Cuban novel 'Siberiana' (in German 'Die Dolmetscherin) written by Jesús Díaz. It's about a funny (and tragic) relation of a Cuban journalist with his Siberian interpreter in Siberia. Very recommended! I really like the humorous and cynical writing style of Jesús Díaz. Now I read another Cuban novel, 'La neblina del ayer' (in German 'Der Nebel von gestern') written by Leonardo Padura. It's a story about an antiquarian bookseller, a Bolero singer, and the ancient Havana.

I've read a few articles on history of cities, very short biographies on mendelson, schubert and mahler. Today I will start reading "an introduction to the continental philosophy" by david west. I've been very curious about these philosophers since I've first heard them in high school, now I can finally read them calmly.

plan to revisit Formalized Music by Iannis Xenakis. Not for the advanced math as such but for some of what he had to say about another composer.

I'm reading "Nineteenth-Century Romanticism in Music" by Rey M. Longyear. It's been an enjoyable read.

I'm reading 'Knucklebones' by Marni Scofidio - available from PS Publishing, and soon to be on Amazon etc. It's a psychological thriller set in a run-down north Wales seaside town. It's really good.

I've just started, "Deadly Scandal," by Kate Parker.
The story behind me buying it:
My wife and I usually eat Sunday lunch at a local seafood restaurant. We live in a small town, and know a lot of the people around here. Often, on Sunday, when we go into the restaurant, there's a couple sitting near where we usually sit. I've seen them in there often, but don't know them. A couple of weeks ago, someone walked by them and recognized them. We were sitting at the table next to theirs, and I overheard parts of their conversation, and it sounded like the woman had written something. When they left, I asked the waitress, "...who are those two?" She answered, "I can't think of their names, but I have her business card." She went to the cash register and rummaged through some business cards, and brought back one that said, "Kate Parker." Apparently she's written six or seven books? I bought two of them....."the deadly series".......to see if I like them.
