Keep it up. The CBD is making progress. I'm not saying the chemo isn't doing anything...but I'm pretty damn sure the CBD compounds are the working component.

My grandmother had myeloma...all sorts of experimental drugs and some more common ones, including the drug you mentioned. Oddly enough when she was doing her Essiac tea, there was a remission...Now let me make clear...a remission for Myeloma, is rare...this was years ago before "the new" improved drugs came about.

Now the long term survivability is greater. I thought it was odd, she stopped taking the Essiac, and kept with new drugs and eventually, it just got worse. But there was a brief time when she retained all her bodily functions and mobility, with relief.

In your case, like all cases they are unique. It's really great to hear that something positive happened. I am not fond of chemo, but I'm not exactly anti western medicine either. I just have seen the ravages of chemo too often to take kindly to it.

It's really remarkable to hear you speak with greater hope than ever before.

Michael, I'm so happy for you! Of course further treatment costs money and we'll continue to help you out.

I'm so happy to hear that the treatment she is receiving is showing positive results!
May she continue to improve. Wishing your daughter the best, and sending a big hug for you for being there for her.

CBD is amazing... I would not be able to walk some days without it. But better news than that is that this present trial has gone uphill! Thanks for sharing all this.

Michael,

Today is the first time that I have read this thread. Talk about a roller coaster! I can only begin to imagine how challenging this has been for your daughter and your entire family. I hope for continued good health and wellness for all of you.

Thanks so much for all the well wishes and support! Yes it has been quite the roller coaster. Still is somewhat. We have a positive trend and good results right now but it will always be something that is lurking there for the rest of her life. She expresses it quite well in the blog she has been writing. http://thebreastcancerchronicles.blogspot.com
Her last blog was titled Gray Days and is about living in the gray of uncertainty. She is quite a good writer and captures the same raw transparent vulnerability in her blog as she does in her songwriting. It is a good read.
That said, those of us that love her and very grateful for the current direction and more time with her!

That's wonderful news Michael. You must be so relieved. So hope she continues to improve. Thinking of you.

My sister had cancer a few years ago, but recovered. She had regular check ups for quite a few years, but it's never come back.

Just keep positive and never lose hope.
