If You Were to Choose Another Instrument to Dedicate Yourself to What Would it be?

Talk about things that are not necessarily related to music or the guitar.

Cello - love the sound.
I've dabbled in it but never given it the attention it needs.

Yeah, church organ. I probably didn't say that before, but I'm saying it now!

Nothing like a pipe organ blowing it's lungs out, I am reminded of Rick Wakeman's organ solo in Close to the Edge

I love the sound of the cello too but for whatever reason I just can't ever get the hang of playing bowed instruments or brass. I envy those people who can pick up just about any instrument and make music with it.

For me, it would be soprano or alto sax!

Got a tenor recorder to go along with the alto. A little tough on the hands with the stretches but wow, what a beautiful tone. I've found a new obsession. :D

oh gee years ago I taught myself recorder. and then yesterday a book came in to our shop about learning recorder and I nabbed it. It would be so much easier than guitar! and a change of pace.

Tough choice. Probably harpsichord. I also really like theorbos. And then there is the cello. Yeah, that question makes my head hurt.

Assuming I had the capability of playing them to a good level it would be either the piano (for the vast repertoire which includes some of the greatest music ever written) or the oboe (because of its beautiful, plangent sound).
