Chronic pain management

Post by a human » Fri Mar 17, 2017 1:28 am

I've noticed a few of us are managing assorted chronic pains. Recently I listened to a podcast by People's Pharmacy on National Public Radio. It featured Dr. David Hanscom and one of his patients. The net of it is Dr. H usually recommends other approaches to pain management than drugs or surgery. His book is Back in Control, and he also has a web site with lots of information. Thought I'd pass this along.
