What music are you listening to right now?

Talk about things that are not necessarily related to music or the guitar.

Canteloube, Songs of the Auvergne, Kent Nagano directs, the very brilliant Dawn Upshaw sings. For some reason this recornding just turns me to jelly, I love it. If you like this music but haven't heard this version, I highly recommend it.

Our forum's very own Lucy's cd "Sunset Guitar". It's great to relax to. It helps me fall asleep when it's nap time.

These performances are technically very clean, but I don't detect a lot of personality in his playing, a common problem with many young musicians. Very well recorded--he's practically in my listening room!

Saw them in a Pub in Newcastle-under-Lyme in England. Barney the singer taunted us with something along the lines of '..when you've finished playing your bingo, have a listen to this..'.
Couldn't hear anything for a week afterwards. Maybe that explains the tinnitus....

Not bad but their 2nd album is my favourite, or rather, one of my favourite albums ever - Once around the world - were a good band (disbanded now aren't they?)
