What music are you listening to right now?

Talk about things that are not necessarily related to music or the guitar.

I'm listening to Dang Thao's rendition of Etude op 10 no 3. I really love listening to this piece by Chopin, my favorite melody to listen to overall.

Vimeo of Dedicated to the One I Love by the Mamas and the Papas (full version as broadcast on the Ed Sullivan Show - live singing over studio harmonies and backing track).

A cover of a song written a few years previously, this arrangement has got it all. It's been written that the year 1967 witnessed the zenith of popular music as an art form, and with this song it's easy to see why: vocal and instrumental contrasts (nylon string acoustic/mandolin/honkytonk piano), layers of light and shade, sound and silence (and yes, even fat and skinny) ....pure 60s joy!

I was listening to Jethro Tull's Aqualung, but decided I never really liked him.

This is one of my instruments in performance, 2016 red cedar wood lattice. I have been listening to this video many times, I like it a lot, and it is also a very nice composition, from the portuguese composer Evandro Meneses who is the owner of this channel so no copyright infringment.

Over the last month or so I've been exploring different instruments reviews on youtube to help decide on a guitar to get back into classical guitar again.

Scott Tennant seems to be coming up a lot during my searches and I'm really enjoying his playing as well as just exploring this great music again

Bach - Partita Nr.4 BWV 828, played on a Bösendorfer piano by Anton Batagov. Never heard it played so slowly, without loosing the phrase.
