What's The Weather at Your Place right Now?

Talk about things that are not necessarily related to music or the guitar.

It's about 70 degrees F here, and sunny. I just 'face-timed' my son, in Montana, and he was standing in waist-deep snow, and it is 18 there.

:) It's about 65 F here. I rode my motorcycle and my bicycle today. Love these temps!

Storm Doris has arrived!
Here in this part of East Anglia she has faded to winds of only 36 mph - other parts of the country had winds of up to 100 mph - but even so I seem to have lost a tile from my roof, and several large trees have been blown down in this area.

There's a strange circular yellow object in the sky that most Californians haven't seen in a while.

Glad you guys are getting some sun!! It's gorgeous here in NH. After the pounding we took the last couple weeks with snow the sun and warm breeze is most welcome. Now the only problem is the mud!

Stella is on us right now. I have not seen such a snowstorm in decades! We should get over 50cm of snow and winds blow up to 100km/h

Yes, it was a hell of a snowstorm

Here in Quebec city we had winds up to 140 km/h, and this morning St-Laurence river went out of its bed and inondated the port area.

According to my new hygro-thermometer, received in the post this morning, the temperature in my living room at 1pm is 19.8°C, and the humidity level is 47% (a good day for guitar making), and the dew point 8.1°C. However, as I've not calibrated the unit yet, this could be a bit off. It's a cloudy day here in Dublin, Ireland, with bright sunny spells. As it's very windy, it's cooler outdoors. So it is an invigorating day on land, but it's not a day to be sailing, as there are small craft warnings. Also, the forecast status is yellow as the weather looks to get a bit temperamental tonight with dropping temperatures and gale force winds. Typical spring day here really.

We got some new snow in Helsinki, although it's melting fast already. I'm happy we have now had some snow on the ground most of the time since early January.

Magnolia weather!

Here in Cambridgeshire we've had a couple of weeks of mild weather, and all of the front garden magnolias have blossomed, and are looking magnificent - both the white stellata and the pink/purple soulangeana.

What usually happens now is that we have a snap frost that turns them all brown, and the show is over for another year, but about one year in five they last another few weeks. Let's hope this year is a good one!
