Just come back from a nice Japanese lunch in Brussels' European quarter with fried dumplings filled with porc and Tempura scampi with rice, accompanied by a small glas of Chardonnay. Now it's time to complete lunch break with 30 minutes of playing with my Yamaha silent guitar.

I just finished riding a Bike MS bike ride (50 mi), and I'm having a chocolate chip cookie, a slice of extra sharp cheddar, and a glass of merlot.

It's snack time. I'm eating "trail mix" that I made myself.....a mixture of equal parts of dark chocolate morsels, pecan halves, and granola, with a cup of Earl Grey with a drizzle of honey in it.

On my way home in West Toronto I stop at the second last subway station. When I am lucky this small vender has a Chinesse steamed bun or two unsold. They are home made and so full and taste.

Today I got lucky and dinner was cheap and so so good.
