Carne cruda, the Italian version of steak tartare, finely chopped with two knifes, prepared very simple without egg york, cornichons, capers and majonnaise. Just some olive oil, lemon juice, nutmeg, salt and pepper - as the people in Piedmont love it. Accompanied by a salad and crunchy baguette. Not to forget a glas of Barolo.
