Just finished making my weekly stew. Bone marrow broth, lima beans (because they cook so quick) sweet potato, carrot, frozen broccoli florets, peas, ton of chopped garlic, onion, red miso paste from a tub. I used to add braised stew meat, but quit doing that. Can all be done in an hour, in the cool of the morning before my apartment warms up.
