My solution to traffic jams.

My solution to traffic jams.

Post by Ramon Amira » Mon Oct 12, 2015 9:55 pm

Our highways are just packed and crowded. You can't go anywhere without getting stuck in a traffic jam on the highway. But I have the answer. The solution is very simple. Build only exit ramps! Then cars just keep getting off and soon there are no more traffic jams.

You're on a roll, Ramon! I wish I had thought of this, myself. I'm astonished at your amazing creativity of late. Why, it was just the other day that you came up with that brilliant slogan about television being a "Wasteland" (that was extremely clever and original, if I may say so!).

Thank you, thank you. And imagine the nerve of this guy Minow, stealing my line. Is there no shame any more?

In fact, I am so incensed at his shamelessly plagiarizing me, that I have written a new and original line to deliver to him should we ever meet. I will indignantly say to him, " Have you no sense of decency, sir? At long last, have you left no sense of decency?

A line worthy of Demosthenes if ever I heard one. You're a silver tongued devil, Ramon!

(PS: Will you utter it with pebbles in your mouth?)

What about the traffic jams caused by the construction to build these exit ramps? :)
Whenever I am not ready for my music lesson, I call it 'facing the music'.

Another solution would be to offer free crackers to drivers on the on-ramps. Then, when a traffic jam occurs, at least you could relax and enjoy it with some crackers and jam.

Should do what P.T. Barnum did when people would not leave his exhibitions.
Put a sign on the exit door "To the Egress!" People thought is was another exhibit.
If you ain't the lead dog the scenery never changes.

Except those jams made of wrong-way drivers ...

My solution - choose to drive only when there no traffic.
Avoid big cities. :)
I'd better speak by music...Please listen my guitar at Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, etc.

This solution reminds me of W.C. Fields' cure for insomnia--"get plenty of sleep."
