Augustine Regal e-1: Real Problem Solver

Post by rojarosguitar » Thu Jul 13, 2017 3:56 am

Especially the e-1 is always too bright in fluorocarbon sets to my taste. I come to find again and again that Augustine Regal e-1 string is a real problem solver in these situations (if it also fits tension-wise; for lower tension Situation I would take a LaBella 2001 MT e-1 or Aquila Alabastro e-1 NT)
Music is a big continent with different landscapes and corners. Some of them I do visit frequently, some from time to time and some I know from hearsay only ...

Nice information.
i would also recommend to try Knobloch nylon QZ for the 1st string. It sounds brilliant but full body (no thin sound of carbon string).
