saitenspuren releases CD of duets by Sor, Moretti, Carulli, Giuliani

Post by Weed » Sun Jul 17, 2016 1:24 pm

Saitenspuren have recently released their second CD, Le Avventure di Amore. (My contribution was to help with the proofreading of the liner notes.) The album consists of a set of duets played by Edith Lehner and Norbert Neunzling on guitars built in the tradition of the 19th century. As well as the title piece by Mauro Giuliani, it contains Trois petits Divertissements, Op 61 (Fernando Sor), Duetto concertato (Luigi Moretti), and Trois petits Duos, Op 146 (Ferdinando Carulli).

More information about saitenspuren and details of the album can be found in the CD booklet (in German and English) at www.saitenspuren.de.

The CD is available to buy or as a download from cdbaby, iTunes, Amazon, Spotify and Google Music.
