Hi Matthew

I am getting this error message after I've clicked go to PayPal. I've filled in all those details it says are required three times. Just thought you'd like to know.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

After you fill in your detail for BILLING,
Make sure you unclick the default box that says SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS.
Since I have the same billing and shipping address, I had to UNclick the box!
This is under the billing info, so keep scrolling down!

Hi Lucy,

So glad that you got your copy ordered and many thanks to lagartija for helping out! :merci:

I will check with Uros if this box ticking malarkey can be streamlined.

Enjoy the album when it arrives.

Best wishes,

Matthew :D

Glad I could help! The box ticking isn't anything Uros can change; it is a part of the Paypal site. For those of us do not have a PayPal account, we use the guest checkout and that is where the default is to send the item to a different address from the billing address. I think that is sort of odd, but there it is.

Just got the digital and cd bundle. I love this type of Celtic music, you can never have too much! Sounds amazing Matthew and that is also a wonderful guitar.

Hi everyone, thanks so much for your beautiful comments and hope you'll enjoy the music as much as I do.

lagartija, thanks for helping to solve Lucy's issue! The insertion of billing/shipping info is still happening on our website, not PayPal, so I was able to solve this issue. From today on, the different shipping address box is unticked by default so I think this problem won't happen again.

I think the main reason behind this issue was when customers used a smaller resolution monitor and they weren't able to see the shipping address fields without scrolling down. So overall I think the new default setting will be a better solution.

Thanks and best wishes,
Uros

Thank you very much! It is great to hear some impressions of the album, I forgot with the digital download option you can listen right away! Great!

Yes, the Ritchie guitar is excellent.

After the first proper listening I can definitely recommend this album. "Lark in the clear air" is probably my favourite so far as I'd not heard it before. I absolutely love the sound you get from this guitar Matthew. Looking forward to a second volume if that's what you're planning on doing!

So nice to hear that you are enjoying 'The Lark in the Clear Air' it is one of my absolute favourite tunes and what a great chorale like arrangement by Gerald! The Ritchie guitar records really well so I am happy it is coming across well.
