Taking a break from #americancollection preparation and working on some pretty music by Couperin for upcoming gigs at Hexham Abbey Festival and in Mexico later this month.

Busy busy :)

Someone could make a great documentary with on clips like these, showing the process, the genesis of a piece, how much time and effort and detailed work it really takes to get a masterpiece down. Though it would take a good film maker to not make it too boring :)

Thanks again for these clips...

Can't wait to hear it, especially Zappa. What Zappa piece have you got lined up?

We have new collapsible music stands at the Conservatoire that are practically lethal to the fingers and my finger got trapped in the mechanism as it collapsed.

Gig on Friday..... :(

Thank you for the kind wishes about the concert in Mexico, it went well and my finger has nearly healed.

An intense day and a half at Baros Records recording the first part of American Collection. Tomorrow Uros Baric and I travel to Scotland where we will join up with Sasha Savaloni and Allan Neave to record the Mishima Quartet by Philip Glass at RCS Recording Studio to complete the Album. #glass #zappa #harrison #corea #rosheger #towner #comingsoon

Philip Glass Mishima Quartet recorded with such a nice gathering of guitarists, thanks to Allan, Uros Baric & Sasha Savaloni for the notes and Bob Whitney for the ears! American Collection will be coming out soon on Baros Records very soon! #americancollection
