Seasonal event

Post by bergmann » Fri Nov 03, 2017 1:51 pm

In less than two months many of us are celebrating an event that often includes a number of concerts (and men with white beards in red dresses saying: "HO, ho, ho"). If you need new stuff for the event I'm glad to inform that Bergmann Editions just has published two new collections specific for that event.

The first is rather easy played and in a style that could have been Guilliani - but it is another Italian, Vittorio Rossi, who has arranged the music. The twelve pieces are aimed towards intermediate players but the arrangements can easily be included in a pro programme as well.

The second is technically more challenging and are variations of three well-known tunes + one more. The variations are written by Ferdinand Rebay. Those pieces are in late neo-romantic style and will do well in a more elaborate concert program.

Link to the two publications (you can find computer generated sound samples on the linked pages):
