Post by Gordito158 » Fri Oct 28, 2016 7:37 pm

http://www.thisisclassicalguitar.com/ sends me a newsletter.
A website from British Columbia, Ca.
Sign up for Bradford's weekly newsletter and get some interesting YouTube performances each week. Plus B.throws in the odd lesson.
I look forward to sifting through the newsletter each week!

I agree, really nice website and I too look forward to the weekly newsletter with highlighted performances, and I have found many of his explanations and video lessons to be helpful.

I agree that this website is a good resource especially for beginners. He has also put together a free Beginner level Classical Guitar Method and has video lessons to back this up, all of which can be found on his website. So all told it's a good website with plenty of information. Bradford is also an excellent guitarist and has posted many performance videos on Youtube that are worth watching.

I'm very happy that there are websites such as this. Any websites with well-organized, good resources to help you get started with the classical guitar are, I think, quite important in getting new people interested in guitar playing.

I have used his resources for free sheet music as a source for beginner level music. It does complement the music found in several printed volumes for beginner and intermediate level students.
Another web site that may be of interest to some of us the one for classical guitarist and teacher Douglas Niedt at ...douglasniedt.com.
He is a well regarded internet CG teacher but some of his articles are free and worth reading.
