Wow, and I thought Hii's version in A minor was challenging! Kudos to this guy for maintaining the original key and so many of the original notes.

Not for the faint of heart.

Interesting, I watched this on YT and saw Edson Lopes' version over to the side (which I had seen before). After listening to each I concluded that while the one you posted is a more impressive display of physical guitar technique, I found the Lopes version more compelling to listen to. Sometimes harder doesn't translate to grabbing the listener. Just my two cents.

I have the Lopes version and Hii's. It appears that Lopes takes Hii's and simplifies it a bit. For my taste, he omits too many notes, and Ilic tries to cram too many. Even he can't play it cleanly...at least on this one occasion. Still, it's a heroic effort!

I found Lopes' rendition considerably superior to Ilic's.

Here is a fabulous performance of the Toccata and Fugue in D Minor on - Accordion. It gets amazingly close to the sound of the original pipe organ.

This is no ordinary accordion. It looks fiendishly difficult to play, but this guy plays with aplomb.
