Does it really help? I heard conflicting things about it's use.

I also use turmeric regularly. I started using a "neckUp" as well.




For excercises I posted these vidoes on another website, they helped me a great deal. Hope it helps.

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hands, I manage to struggle on without painkillers which I dislike taking, for how long though, I don't know, maybe I will give some of the suggestions on here a go.
