In the Delcamp on line lesson book D06 (p.104-106) you will find the Scherzo part of Amor Paterno as "Francisco Tárrega - Estudio sobre un scherzo de Tomás Damas".

I don't like this kind of attributions. There's not much added by Tárrega to the original score. The major change is leaving out some bars at the end.
I would prefer to present scores likes this as: Scherzo by Tomas, edited by F. Tarrega.
