Foden, William - Winter Night [FAC]

Post by williamgroome » Sat Dec 03, 2011 8:53 pm

With the winter season a couple weeks away, here is the "Winter NIght Schottische" by American guitarist/composer William Foden. From 1905 and playable as a duet or solo by playing just the first guitar part.

You're welcome Kurt. I've been collecting this music for almost ten years and have acquired enough books and sheet music to make almost a three foot stack. I first found music like this in Soundboard magazine. The column is called Return With Us Now. After photocopying most of those columns, I started hunting thru antique shops, book stores and the bay of auction notoriety. My earliest book is from 1850.
