Tuff Nail - nail oil

Post by Simon the Pieman » Wed Nov 01, 2017 2:13 pm

Hi - wonder if someone might help with this query. I have used both Tuff Nail and Flexinail oils and I think they both make a positive difference to my nail strength and flexibility. However, I understand that Tuff Nail is no longer available - either gone bust or just given up (this according to their UK distributor a year ago). One of the other benefits of Tuff Nail oil was that it was about a quarter of the price of Flexinail. My question is: does anyone have any idea if there is another nail oil similar to either of the above ? Or, any idea what ingredients went into Tuff Nail ? (In which case I would make it myself). Grateful for your wisdom.

I've used a really good amateur made oil, contains; jojoba, almond, evening primrose, wheatgerm oils, frankincense, rosemary, carrot seed and lemon essential oils.
Simon Ambridge Series 40 (2005)
Trevor Semple Series 88 (1992)
Louis Panormo (1838)

Thanks Stephen, appreciate that. Any idea of the ratios for each oil ?
