Very compelling performance. It really pulls the listener in. I am reminded of what I heard once. There's a big difference between being impressed and being moved. I am moved by your performance. Sometimes I will be impressed by a performance but don't feel anything listening to it.

I saw in a previous thread that you are the previous poster, Leyenda. I believe that.

The title says bwv 997. This is, of course, bwv 995.

Lovely performance.

It's really great to see you back Leyenda/Desperado. I have always enjoyed your postings.

Thank you for the kind comments - I've been working in this suite for sometime but practise time is scarce at the moment as I seem to spend more time with a chainsaw in my hand than a guitar but that's life I guess.
Thanks for listening.

Very lovely playing. I do love Bach's solo French Overtures - there's one in the Goldberg and one in the third keyboard partita, and then this one; the transition from slow to fast movement is always a thrill.

Sublime. Emotionally, and technically.

Seriously, this performance is nothing short of a gift to Delcamp members. I'm with soltirefa on this. One of the most engaging Bach recordings I've ever come across.
