Stunningly beautiful. Clear, balanced, and incredibly Bach -- the whole package. Thank you for sharing your talent.

Wow. :kap:

Maybe because I was shell-shocked by that there Allegro, Jounis, but I just spent almost ten minutes checking into Mr. Hoogeverf's op. 35 mp3s, so I could tell you all about it! :chaud: (Nice reading skills, eh? )

Anyway, still a bit giddy after listening to this. Sorry I was late to the parade, but at least I didn't miss it! :delcamp_fiesta:

Top notch, Jounis. Primo. :ouioui: :bravo:

Hello Jouni

This sounds enormously difficult, and now I've heard your version I don't think I'll ever dare to attempt it.

I love it, especially those deep deep notes.

Dear Jouni, what a great, beautiful interpretation of BWV 998!
How can your basses sound so much like Lute? It is very amusing indeed :bravo:
I will definitely come to your concert if the place is reachable from my location :okok:

Cheers,
Francis

Thanks, freestroke, nogin and Francis!

Francis, it's a 10-string guitar and has the same bass range as lutes, maybe that is the reason? Prelude and Allegro
go down to low A, and the Fugue even down to low G.

All the best,
Jouni
