I think how you play the arpeggios in this section is an interpretive thing... I don't believe that the term 'should be played' can be applied here
As you know it's quite a demanding sonata to play but it's certainly worth the effort
Louis transcribed the sonata into Aminor from the original Gminor, except for Siciliana, which you noted is in Amajor... it seems to fit better in terms of adaptability
I'd love to hear you play it... why don't you post it here... it's great to have differing interpretations of the same piece
